Marlowe is located in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia approximately one mile from the Potomac River in Falling Waters, WV.

Take I-81 exit 23 go north on route 11 for about one mile. Turn right onto Broad Lane. Go about 3/10 of a mile. Ruritan Park is on your right.

   Building Rental (does not include kitchen) - $150.00
   Pavilion Rental - $75.00
   Ruritan Park Rental (both Building and Pavilion) - $200.00
   Grill/Propane Tank Rental - $20.00 (must rent the Pavilion)

   A $50.00 deposit and signed contract are required

Building will host 120 people comfortably. 8' tables.

There is no Wi-Fi access available in the building.

Refrigerator/Freezer space available - Plenty of electrical outlets.

Two inside restrooms. One outside restroom (including handicap accessable).

There is NO GLITTER or CONFETTI permitted inside the building.

There is NO SMOKING inside the building.

There is NO ALCOHOL allowed anywhere on the grounds.
